The Village Board meets the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at Village Hall.

The Village President serves a 4 year term. The President is the chief executive officer for the Village.

The Trustees serve 4-year terms. Trustees serve on standing committees consisting of three trustees.
Village Clerk, Marilyn Kirkton
The Village Clerk is appointed by the Village President and Trustees. Among other duties, the Clerk maintains the Village Seal and is responsible for preparing and maintaining Village Board and municipal documents.
Village Attorney, Ben Roth
Gridley is fortunate to have employees who are committed to the Village and often go beyond the call of duty to address problems and serve their community. Due to their diligence and team work, the Village operations run smoothly from day-to-day.
